RECENT PROJECTS

Two practices, rebuilt end to end.

Both are live. Both are linked below. Open them and judge for yourself — that is the whole point of showing work rather than logos.

01 / SOHO DERMCARE

Soho Dermcare

Soho Dermcare homepage — a full-bleed photograph of the practice's SoHo waiting room beneath the headline "The art of skin."
CLIENT

Soho Dermcare

sohodermcareclinic.com

A twenty-year Manhattan dermatology practice, rebranded as a downtown gallery — with the booking and search work underneath it. Twenty-four individual service pages where the old site had none, per-page meta descriptions, canonicals, full link previews, and a sitemap the search engines are actually told about. Two locations run off one data model, so adding a provider is a record rather than a project.

  • CUSTOM BOOKING ENGINE
  • TWO LOCATIONS, ONE DATA MODEL
  • FULL SEO MIGRATION
  • STAFF ADMIN + CONFIRMATION FLOW
02 / BRIAN WESTLEY COACHING

Brian Westley Coaching

Brian Westley Coaching homepage — a navy hero with the headline "Leaders are developed, not discovered." and Brian's portrait.
CLIENT

Brian Westley Coaching

brianwestleytraining.com

Two competing half-sites consolidated into one, with coaching as the hero offer. The problem was not design — it was that a visitor could not tell which site was the real one, or what was being sold. One navigation, one tagline, and the credentials moved above the fold where they do the work.

  • POSITIONING + COPY
  • ONE NAV, ONE TAGLINE
  • PROOF-LED HOMEPAGE
  • 18 COUNTRIES OF CREDENTIALS
03 / WHAT WE HAVE NOT FINISHED

What we have not finished.

Every audit we send names the rows still open on the site it is about, so it would be dishonest not to do the same here. Soho still has no MedicalBusiness or Physician structured data, and its sitemap carries no lastmod — the two rows we would fix next. A case study that lists only wins reads as a brochure.

How the same work reads in a medical or dental practice, and in a law firm.
