Clients research counsel before they call.
Your digital presence was never your job. We build it, run it, and keep it current — the growth team an independent firm never had the bandwidth to hire.
Send us your URL. You'll get back a short, specific read on what's slowing the site down, what search is missing, what the AI assistants can't read about you, and what to fix first. No charge, no pitch deck.
Twenty-five seconds on what a firm site is for.
Silent. The whole argument, if you'd rather watch it than read it.
Referrals open the door. Search decides who walks through next.
Someone with a legal problem searches for it, reads what comes back, and forms an impression before anyone picks up the phone. That impression forms on a page you may not have looked at in years.
Meanwhile the large firms and legal platforms arrive with a marketing team on staff and a site built for conversion. That has raised the bar for everyone, and it has nothing to do with the quality of your work.
The whole footprint, not just the homepage.
PRACTICE-AREA PAGES
A firm is not found by its name. It is found by the matter someone has. Each practice area gets its own page, written to the question a client is actually typing, and structured so search can tell them apart.
INTAKE AND CONVERSION
The gap between a page view and a consultation is where most firm sites lose. A single obvious path — call, form, or scheduled consult — that works one-handed on a phone, and reaches the person who triages it.
ATTORNEY CREDIBILITY
Bar admissions, jurisdictions, years in practice, published work, and the courts you appear in — stated plainly and readable by machines. Nothing asserted that the firm cannot document.
MARKET AND LOCAL SEARCH
Legal intent is geographic before it is anything else. Each office carries its own page and map listing, with jurisdiction and venue made explicit rather than implied.
ACCURACY AS A CONSTRAINT
Legal copy carries advertising rules and outcome-claim limits. Nothing publishes without your review, no result or superlative is invented, and disclaimers sit where they belong rather than in a footer nobody reads.
OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY
A new partner, a practice area you are winding down, an office that moved. Those are records we update, not projects you scope. Intake forms are monitored, because a form failing silently is worse than not having one.
We would rather be checked than believed.
We do not publish firm names as logos or quote results we cannot document. What we can do is show finished sites and name what is still open on them, which is the same standard we would want applied to us.
The closest analogue to a firm build is Soho Dermcare — a professional practice with per-service pages, two locations on one data model, and a full search migration. Different profession, identical mechanics: credentials, locations, and an intake path that has to finish.
What firms ask first.
- How long does it take to go live?
- Two weeks from start to live for a new firm site. Search work continues after that — it is ongoing by nature, not a one-time delivery.
- Will I lose the rankings I already have?
- That is the part most firms get hurt by, and it is the part we plan first. Existing practice-area URLs are mapped and redirected before anything is switched over, so the pages potential clients already find keep working.
- Who reviews the copy for advertising rules?
- You do, before anything publishes. We draft practice-area and attorney copy and route it to you for review; we do not assert outcomes, superlatives, or specialisation you have not earned. Where your jurisdiction requires a disclaimer, it sits on the page rather than buried in a footer.
- Do I have to write the content?
- No. We draft it and you review it. You are the lawyer; the legal judgment stays yours, the writing does not have to be.
- Can you tell whether the intake form is actually working?
- Yes, and that is usually the first thing worth checking. A contact form that fails silently looks identical to a quiet month. Submissions are monitored, and delivery is verified rather than assumed.
- What happens after launch?
- We stay. New practice areas, attorney bios, office locations, and search work are handled on an ongoing basis — the point is that it is no longer on your desk.
- Does this help with ChatGPT and AI answers?
- That is the GEO half — generative engine optimization. Someone with a legal problem often asks an assistant before they search, and an assistant can only describe your firm from what it can actually read on your pages. We make the practice areas, attorney credentials and office locations machine-readable so the answer is built from your own words. We do not promise a position inside an AI answer — there is no way to measure one — we make sure the inputs are present, and each one is something you can verify yourself.
