Patients look you up before they call.
Your digital presence was never your job. We build it, run it, and keep it current — the growth team an independent practice never had the bandwidth to hire.
Send us your URL. You'll get back a short, specific read on what's slowing the site down, what search is missing, what the AI assistants can't read about you, and what to fix first. No charge, no pitch deck.
Forty seconds on what a practice site is for.
Silent. The whole argument, if you'd rather watch it than read it.
Referrals built the practice. Search decides who comes next.
A patient with a specific problem searches for it, reads what comes back, and picks someone before the phone ever rings. That decision happens on a page you may not have looked at in years.
Meanwhile the groups and platforms acquiring practices arrive with a marketing team on staff. That has raised the bar for everyone, and it has nothing to do with clinical quality.
The whole footprint, not just the homepage.
THE PRACTICE SITE
Specialties, providers, insurance and hours where a patient looks for them first. A page per procedure, in the words patients use rather than the ones on the coding sheet.
BOOKING THAT FINISHES
Most patient enquiries begin on a phone at night. The path from a procedure page to a confirmed appointment is built to complete in one sitting, with confirmations and a view the front desk can actually work from.
LOCAL SEARCH
One clinic or five, each location carries its own page, its own map listing, and consistent name, address and hours across the places patients check. Inconsistency is what quietly costs a practice the map result.
PROCEDURE VISIBILITY
Patients search a condition or a treatment, not a practice name. Each service gets an indexable page with the structured data that lets Google and the assistants attribute it to your providers and your locations.
TRUST, ON THE PAGE
Board certifications, hospital affiliations, training and years in practice, stated plainly and readable by machines. No invented numbers — only what you can already document.
OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY
A new provider, a new location, a service you stopped offering. Those are records we update, not projects you schedule. If booking breaks, it is our pager, not your front desk's problem.
A dermatology practice, rebuilt.

Soho Dermcare
sohodermcareclinic.comA twenty-year Manhattan dermatology practice, rebranded as a downtown gallery — with the booking and search work underneath it.

The full write-up, including the rows we would still fix, is in recent projects.
What practices ask first.
- How long does it take to go live?
- Two weeks from start to live for a new practice site. Search work continues after that — it is ongoing by nature, not a one-time delivery.
- Will I lose the rankings I already have?
- That is the part most practices get hurt by, and it is the part we plan first. Existing service and provider URLs are mapped and redirected before anything is switched over, so the pages patients already find keep working.
- Does this replace our scheduling system?
- Only if replacing it is the better answer. If your practice management system has a usable booking path, we route patients into it cleanly. If it does not, we build the front end — a path from a procedure page to a confirmed appointment, with confirmations and a view the front desk can work from. No clinical records live in it.
- Do I have to write the content?
- No. We draft it and you review it. You are the clinician; the medical judgment stays yours, the writing does not have to be.
- We have more than one location. Does that complicate it?
- It is the most common reason a practice loses the map result. Each location gets its own page and listing, with name, address and hours consistent everywhere patients check. Locations and providers are records, so adding one is an edit rather than a rebuild.
- What happens after launch?
- We stay. Updates, new service pages, listings, and search work are handled on an ongoing basis — the point is that it is no longer on your desk.
- Does this help with ChatGPT and AI answers?
- That is the GEO half — generative engine optimization. Patients increasingly ask an assistant before they search, and an assistant can only describe your practice from what it can actually read on your pages. We make the specialties, credentials, locations and hours machine-readable so the answer is built from your own site. We do not promise a position inside an AI answer — there is no way to measure one — we make sure the inputs those systems read are present, and every one of them is something you can check yourself.
